sndit is provided during early access on an as-is basis. Features, limits and pricing may change as the product develops.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity performed under your account and connected Shopify store.
Marketing compliance
You remain the sender of record for email and SMS sent through sndit, and are responsible for consent, opt-out handling and applicable marketing laws in your markets.
AI-generated content
sndit drafts content for your review. You are responsible for reviewing and approving anything published or sent to your customers.
Acceptable use
Don't use sndit to send unsolicited messages, unlawful content, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service.
Termination
You may stop using sndit and revoke store access at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
