Terms of Service

These terms govern use of sndit, an early-access service operated by Elastic Thoughts LLC.

Early access service

sndit is provided during early access on an as-is basis. Features, limits and pricing may change as the product develops.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity performed under your account and connected Shopify store.

Marketing compliance

You remain the sender of record for email and SMS sent through sndit, and are responsible for consent, opt-out handling and applicable marketing laws in your markets.

sndit.ai SMS Marketing

This section applies to recipients of sndit.ai's own SMS Marketing program, for which Elastic Thoughts LLC d/b/a sndit.ai is the sender. It does not govern messages merchants send to their own customers through sndit.

The sndit.ai SMS Marketing program is operated by Elastic Thoughts LLC d/b/a sndit.ai. The program sends recurring marketing text messages about sndit.ai products, announcements, promotions, sales, and limited-time offers to United States recipients who expressly opt in.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help or email hello@sndit.ai. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase, account creation, or use of sndit.ai.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your carrier's messaging and data terms may apply. See the Privacy Policy for information about how mobile numbers and consent records are handled.

AI-generated content

sndit drafts content for your review. You are responsible for reviewing and approving anything published or sent to your customers.

Acceptable use

Don't use sndit to send unsolicited messages, unlawful content, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service.

Termination

You may stop using sndit and revoke store access at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
