Traditional marketing platforms became incredibly capable, and also incredibly complex. The tools grew faster than the time merchants have to operate them.
AI creates an opportunity to rethink the interface entirely. If software can understand a store — its catalog, customers, voice and rules — then the merchant shouldn’t have to translate a goal into segments, conditions and templates.
The merchant should describe the outcome. The software should figure out the mechanics.
