Information we process
Account details you provide, the Shopify store data you authorize sndit to access, and product usage information needed to operate and improve the service.
How we use it
To provide sndit's marketing features, to generate the drafts and recommendations you request, to support your account, and to keep the service secure and reliable.
AI processing
sndit uses AI models to draft marketing assets. We design prompts to minimize customer personal data and we do not use your store context to serve other merchants.
Sharing
We share data with infrastructure and AI subprocessors required to run the service, under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
Retention and deletion
We retain data while your account is active and for a limited period afterwards. You can request deletion of your account data at any time.
Your choices
You control the Shopify permissions you grant, can revoke access, and can opt out of marketing emails from us at any time.
