Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Elastic Thoughts LLC, doing business as sndit.ai, collects, uses, and shares information when providing sndit.

Information we process

Account details you provide, the Shopify store data you authorize sndit to access, and product usage information needed to operate and improve the service.

How we use it

To provide sndit's marketing features, to generate the drafts and recommendations you request, to support your account, and to keep the service secure and reliable.

AI processing

sndit uses AI models to draft marketing assets. We design prompts to minimize customer personal data and we do not use your store context to serve other merchants.

Sharing

We share data with infrastructure and AI subprocessors required to run the service, under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.

SMS marketing privacy

The sndit.ai SMS Marketing program is operated by Elastic Thoughts LLC. If you choose to opt in, we process your mobile number, SMS consent record, message history, and opt-out or help requests to operate the program. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.

We do not sell or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is specific to sndit.ai and is not transferable to another business or sender.

We may provide this information to service providers that process data only as needed to operate the program, such as Shopify for the consent record and our messaging provider for message delivery, support, security, and compliance. Those providers may not use the information for their own marketing.

The sharing described elsewhere in this policy, including with AI subprocessors, excludes mobile numbers, text messaging opt-in data, and SMS consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties except the service providers named above, solely to operate the program.

Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You may also contact hello@sndit.ai. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase, account creation, or use of sndit.ai.

Retention and deletion

We retain data while your account is active and for a limited period afterwards. You can request deletion of your account data at any time.

Your choices

You control the Shopify permissions you grant, can revoke access, and can opt out of marketing emails from us at any time.
